Register now for what is bound to be your favorite day in May~ the Middle Oconee River Hidden Gem Paddle! It’s taking place in Athens, GA on May 17th!

Georgia River Network is partnering with Upper Oconee Watershed Network, UGA Office of Sustainability, Odum School of Ecology, University of Georgia , UGA River Basin Center, UGA College of Environment and Design, and Athens-Clarke County Oconee River Greenway Commission for this exciting one day paddling event and dinner party!

Paddle along one of the Classic City’s up and coming Water Trails!
Spend a day paddling through this secluded gem of bubbling shoals, rocky outcrops & historic mills in Athens, GA!
The event will include lunch and presentations along the route, ranging from flora/fauna, water quality testing, and river cleanups to cultural history, and visual & performing arts. There will also be a special Post Paddle Party and Dinner with Live Band: Helen Dodge!

COST:
$60 – Includes Boat Rental, Lunch, and ACA Insurance ($35 kids – 18 and under)
$35 – Includes Lunch and ACA Insurance, Bring your own Boat
$25 – Includes ACA Insurance, Bring your own Boat and Lunch
$16 – Post Paddle Party /Dinner/ Live Music
